Its a fun little pedal. I like the "hard crunch" setting. I have to set the volume on my Champ at 3.

Make sure you set the treble/bass at 5 (or the middle setting). Let the pedal do the work - the amp needs to be neutral

Enjoy it. Like THouston says is a distortion/overdrive pedal.

That info is very important, especially with BOSS pedals. As I posted before, I have BOSS ME-20 that I use with '63 Vibroverb RI and I keep the tone knobs at slightly under mid-point, and tweak the EQ on the ME-20.

After visiting the 5 local music stores locally since this product was announced.... more than once each..... and never finding it locally - I finally ordered one from www.bananasmusic.com over the weekend. They got one in stock the day I placed my order and it arrived today.

VERY cool and fun pedal. I put in front of my 1969/70 Princeton and it sounded GREAT. I think this actually better than the "Spring Reverb" in my Vibro Champ XD.

I have to imagine this will do much better than Boss's Bassman and Deluxe Reverb pedals.
