I find the easiest way to post a picture is to sign up an account at photobucket.com.

Then follow the simple instructions. When a pic is uploaded hold your cursor over the tumbnail, and copy the [img] code. Then simply paste it in the text box.

are u saying that i just cant copy of photo from my disk

here?

if so please be more descriptive as i dont know how to use the img thing
