Thanks all thumbs… I agree! I think It might be worth a few bucks to give them a try.

I have been doing a lot of finger picking lately because I love the Meaty tone I am getting with it. Problem is if I need to play a quick run I just cant do it without a pick.. these look like they got some meat to them and may give me a similar tone as I get with my finger.

I am gonna’ hit up http://www.v-picks.com/ tomorrow and order me Pointed Diamond, Snake, and a Large Rounded…

I just hope I get some mileage out of these things…..We will see….

Thanks

Happy to help Bill. No doubt you will enjoy them! Oh, and dont expect to wait long. I got mine in 3 days from when I placed the order. Vinni is VERY prompt.

I called Vinni Monday night. He shipped my picks out the next day and I received them Friday. Been looking at the v-pick ads in VG for quite some time so I finally got around to getting a couple. No more Fender 351 mediums for me! These v-picks are da bomb!!! :D :D

First off let me say that Vinni and his wife are first class with their customer service; First impressions go a long way and boy did they make a good one.

Secondly ; the picks are first class in quality and in the tone they help produce…my big worry about spending several bucks a pick is that I wear standard picks out fairly quickly and was worried how these v-picks would fair under very heavy use.

I ordered a few different picks but quickly found one out of the bunch I licked best for all-around play..(Large rounded)….I have been playing this pick every day for between 1 -3 hours of jamming over the last six months and the ware is barely noticeable on the thing.

I am totally sold on the V-pick and wish I got such quality and customer service from all gear manufactures.

A Big thanks to Vinni and Nancy……and thanks to chet for turning me in their direction..

Cheers
Bill

I've been using the V-Pick since you first told us about them Chet. Have not wore one out yet and there is a huge difference in tone compared to other picks, believe it or not!! :) They do take a little getting used to.

Chet

Just a small question. Is Vinni on the short side or is it you're just a tall man? I've got a friend that's 6'10" and I'm 5'10". My wife laughs every time she sees us together. She thinks of Mutt and Jeff
