While it may be one of the most trite songs ever, I am learning how to play Enter Sandman by Metallica in hopes of being able to play it on stage (for fun) at my church's youth group....the youth pastor's wife likes the song, and it would be much....so much better than the songs we play currently.

But, my only question really, is during the solo, it changes keys. The solo initially is in Em, but does it switch to D for a bit and then back to Em, or does the rest of the solo stay in D after the key change?

Sorry I don't have the tab on that one and I don't know one scale from another. I'll look through my mags. It is very common in most guitar mags.

It does go to F# during the chorus or it may be the prechorus. Where it repeats the opening riff.
It could be the same for the solo when it goes over the chorus part.
