Great cover by one person you would least expect to cover the Clash

Someone on that YouTube page has posted that Dylan did this number in Brixton, London.

If so, that means a modest sized venue called the Brixton Academy, where Dylan did indeed play a week long residency in 2005. That room is only a mile from where I live, but I didn't go to the shows, having had my own rather disappointing Dylan live experience a year or two earlier.

Here is an especially feeble review of one of the Brixton shows. It doesn't mention London Calling - but then it doesn't tell us much at all...:

(I've seen Joe Strummer do London Calling when he was playing support to The Who. Good enough for me! :D )

Cheers - C

Yeah, that's usually true.
Though I prefer Clapton's version of Knocking on Heavens Doors over the original by Gun's 'n Roses.

I saw Bob back in '93 and it was a pretty decent show. At the end of July, I'll be seeing him again at the Durham Bulls (think the movie) ballpark w/ Willie Nelson and Mellencamp.

The original was by Bob Dylan

I hate it when someone thinks the cover is the original
