The whole threads a joke mate.
Unfortunately its yesterdays news and we all need to move on and let it die. I for one dont want jimivanpage to feel too uncomfortable, just like he's been the butt of a bad joke and that he can carry on regardless cos its all over.
As i said in my previous post, take it for the joke it is. Dumb post, dumb replies. We should treat it as a frivilous jape, anyone who has a problem with the OP should consider whether they should continue (we all mess up).
Keep it at joke level and dont let it turn into bullying. Thats what sets us apart.

Yeah to JimiVanPage none of the posts were really an assault on you. I think it became 'post goofy picture' and it snowballed. For what it is worth, i have heard the recording, and I agree, it really sounds to me like Jimi says that.

But I think he probably heard people sing it and thought it was hilarious.

Sort of like the whole Deep Purple "Slow Motion Walter" thing. Or how the Beatles did everything they could to fuel the 'Paul is Dead' rumour.(Which is so funny.)

I agree Niki, I don't believe the majority of us harbor any ill-will towards JimiVanPage. I know I don't.
