Not a huge fan of them, but their is some of their stuff I like. I do respect them though, because they are almost the creators of metal

Used to listen to them a lot way back when their first vinyl albums came out :D
I blame them and Led Zeppelin and Grace Slick (and of course Spinal Tap) for a lot of the hearing damage I seem to have acquired over the years.

Still like to listen to their first disk every now and then.

First stuff I ever really pushed myself to try and learn was Sabbath.

Also, Tony Iommi recorded two of the tracks on their debut album with a Strat I believe. But when he blew the pickups  he picked up his now familiar SG; which was just his backup at the time. I'd like to see what he'd do with a Fender again.

I honestly wasn't too floored by their debut and Paranoid as a whole (though each has great moments), but they really shine on Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Masters of Reality, and my personal favorite: Sabotage.

Not my favorite by any means, but I do like them. Most of their stuff is real easy to play too.
