If there was a problem with service at Ed Roman I would say that it probably happened during the short lived corporate partnership. Those guys almost ran the business and Ed into the ground. As a life long Vegas resident and long time member of the local music scene I can tell you that the professional musicians here all will say good things about Ed and his people. Keep in mind that he is geared toward the Professional working musician and not Johnny off the street looking to waste an hour screwing around with guitars and amps with no intentions of buying anything.

'Went to Roman's two years ago when it was in its glory enormous store.

'Walked in after an eleven hour work day (business trip, audit in a warehouse in May, 97 F.) Looking for a Mosrite. They provided a tuner, freedom to try the whole rack and a new Deluxe Reverb.

Came back second day to try more. Same reaction. Offered fair price, free setp and new strings. Would ship anywhere, insured.

Pure class operation.
