Could someone please move this thread to the Gibson SG forum???

Seriously though, just because Angus can't stand still doesn't mean he can't be considered a serious guitarist, that boy can play and even thosewho don't like AC/DC have to admit that. Classic riffs that stand the test of time, at your next gig play the opening riff to Back in Black and watch what happens.

Love live Angus!!!!!

LOL

Fortunately, you can still create a pretty convincing AC/DC sound with Fender guitars.

The downside being you need to do it using a Marshall amp though

I think the Marshall is more important than the guitar.

I love AC/DC. I used to think their music was extremely weird and I didn't really care for it, but they were a watershed to their generation. They RULE!

And Thunderstruck is a pretty awesome song.

Actually I have changed my gigging amp to a Red knob dual showman head (which is virtually the head version of the Red knob Fender Twin) playing throuhg a Marshall Quad.

You can still get an awesome AC/DC tone with this amp/quad box, using an Ibanez tube screamer for distortion.... 8)
