Well I have just realized that it has been sveral months since I have been on the forums...

What brought me back was the fact that I had taken a few days off of playing my guitar because I am forced to play on a crappy practice amp instead of my NICE and NEW Crate V-Series 212. Anyway, after the few days passed, today came along, and I began playing my guitar again. I had previously been messing around with some sweep picking techniques and some fingertapping techniques. Well when I started playing again I messed around for a while with the sweep picking and moved to fingertapping, this is when I came to realize how much you can do with fingertapping! This is a truly AMAZING technique! I can play dang near any lick in a solo by fingertapping it and I can make the most amazing sounds come out of my guitar! Its incredible! I have now found a favorite technique to use, to me it is like Paul Gilberts INSANE Legato or Yngwie Malmsteen's AMAZING sweep picking (okay well I'm not quite that good)! I just never realized how awesome this technique is if you really know how to use it! (If you couldn't tell, I'm rather proud of myself about it )

Anyway, I just had to rant for a while on the beautiful awesomeness that is Fingertapping!
