If I had to name just one -- Return to Forever.

Some other choices would the the Stones, early BS&T, early Chicago, various incarnations of The Fabulous Thunderbirds (especially when Jimmy Vaughn was still with them), Jimmy Thackery and the Drivers, Traffic and many others that don't occur at the moment.
