Tonight I'm making tacos with beef fresh ground in my kitchen: half chuck, half leftover rib-eye steak from Memorial Day. The best tasting burger you will ever experience. Throwing it down with fresh sliced pears, frijoles con queso with chips, and ice cream after.

Unless I get real energetic it's going to be left over taco meat from the other night.

Chili-Cheesy-Bacon Dogs on toasted buns, featuring grilled Nathan's hot dogs for that maximum goodness. A big pile of fresh fruit, chips, and ice-cold lemonade. Aaaaoooooowah!
