I just have a quick question: does Duane play slide in standard tuning or Open E on this song. Any help would be appreciated

I'm pretty sure he played in open E.

Usually open E as far as I know, but he may have played standard too.

Open E, theres a vid floating around the web with the original ABB playing Don't Keep Me Wondering followed by Dreams, Duane is retuning to standard between the tracks

I don' know 'bout the chorus chords but the lead phrases are no big deal to play in standard tuning
