Great Video Rhumba….this should be a great starting point for those here questing for that SRV tone…I hear so much talk here about throwing in some Texas Specials and sounding just Like SRV… I think that is fooey myself.. I think most of his sound came from his technique and the rest from combining the fender and Dumble amps… Anyway it’s the quest that really matters.. I don’t think any guitar player is totally satisfied with his/her tone and that keeps us searching…. As long as we are searching; we are playing and all is right with the world….Thanx again…….Bill

Thanks Rhumba, I have been working on some SRV stuff at my guitar lessons and my instructor said pretty much the same things. It's nice to see in such a basic format so others can understand. :D

Rhumba,thanks for the info.I have been a member of licklbrary for 7 years as it was the only sight that held my interest.But after checking this sight out I sighned up for a month and hopefuly longer as it seems to have some great stuff on it. again thanks for the turn on.
