Most people have the best luck with using craigslist to find other musicians. If you decide to post an ad, make sure you give more info than you did here. Include what music you want to play, what influences you have, what other instruments/musicians you're looking for, how often you expect to play out and rehearse.

The more detailed you can be about what you want, the less time you'll waste ...
