I was looking through a catalog last night, when I came across this useful product:

Is this a coincidence? Or is this where our dear friend SlapChop got his name? Enquiring minds want to know! :D

The company who produces those things has a commercial with that annoying Vince guy (You know, the one who got his mouth bit after paying some random stranger for sex), also of the ShamWow! commercials. I chuckled the first time I saw his username.

There, and I thought SlapChop's username was all about his approach to bass playing...

Mind you, if someone produces a post based on urban myth or sloppy thinking, that machine exactly illustrates the treatment Mr SlapChop might hand out to 'em!

A smart guy with a lot of knowledge: thought provoking posts.

Cheers - C

I'm busted. Yes, the screen name comes from the ridiculous home appliance, because I liked the slice 'n' dice sound of it.

Actually, I do play bass, but I can't slap for beans.

:D

Ha! Not my intention, I assure you. I just found it amusing when I found this product.

Since my own alias is based on a vulgar urinary reference, I have no room to "bust" anyone!

I wonder if we have a GINZU on the forum? A cutting edge rocker!
