kind of reminded me of some of the intros frank gave on the roxy and elsewhere albums.
one of the things i was impressed with when i saw him was how the band was able to get all the equipment to sound like the original recordings. "brown shoes", "uncle remus", "call any vegetable"... no matter what era of his dad's music, as well as which albums they were taking the versions songs from, they captured the feel of the original recordings.
very memorable show.
