Wouldn't mind seeing the Fender Performer come back around. I know they didn't have much success in the 80's, but I think that marketed properly they would do great in today's market. I had a chance to get my hands on one, and chose a strat instead. As it turns out, they are now commanding 3 to 4 times as much as I would have paid back in the 90's.

Fender Bass VI

Fender XII

A reasonable reissue of the old brownface amps WITHOUT DSP/digital effects, etc. (I love my brownface '63 Re-issue Vibroverb)

Fender Harvard (tweed)

OK .... Just found this thread :D

My two cents worth .....

Reissue the '64 VibroVerb amp from a few years ago. The one with the 15" speaker and the SRV mods built in with switches for them on the back panel.

I agree with those who mentioned various amps. I'd like to suggest the BF Vibrolux Reverb. That so-called "Custom Vibrolux" they're selling is not even close to the original sound and there have been a lot of complaints about that amp on various sites around the net. They need to just dump that Custom model altogether and do a good re-issue.

I would love to see a re-issue of the Squier HM III. I really loved mine. I would like to see one made in USA as well. I loved that headstock.

So far, Fender have never paid any attention to the request from me or anyone else...

For those as don't know, here's the Performer:

A Google image search found that picture. It isn't credited, but I think that one might be in the collection of Forum user AlainLaFrance, if I'm ID'ing that white sheet right.

Sad as it may be, I'd love them to redo the MIJ Sambora Black Paisley Strat.

I'd laugh because all of those listed on ebay for over £2500 would suddenly be worth..less.

Ad :D
