Here lately I have been so busy with other things (and too damned tired after) that I have not played at all. When things are settled down I play 4 or 5 times a week.

Since having my left bicep re-attatched, I am finally back to playing every day. It is most definitely therapy! I am now able to reach almost everything with less and less pain.

Most every day, a bit.

Probably about .25 to 2 hours per day average.

About 1.5 different instruments per day.

Usually I spend about an hour on drums every other day (since there's no headphones involved even if I wanted to play longer I couldn't, it drives my family crazy).

And I spend anywhere between an hour to three hours on guitar once or twice a day. It can go as long as eight hours though, if I'm lucky and have nothing to do that day.

With me its kind of cyclical. I tend to spend a lot of my free time fishing or doing fishing-related activities. When this happens my guitar playing sometimes takes a back seat. But for the last year I've managed to keep my guitar playing interest up pretty steady and holding. Partly due to the acquisition over the past year of two new guitars and a new amp. Nowadays I am playing pretty much every single day. It's a great place to be.

I try to play pretty much every day, for at least about an hour or so. With a newborn baby in the house, though, it's been a struggle lately to stick with that routine!

I try to play at least an hour a day, more if I can. On the weekends, I try to play 2-4 hours a day.

I did go 9 years where I was lucky to play once a week. But that all changed after I got out of the military (I was always gone or on the go). I found a new need to express myself through music again.

I'll grab one many times in a day. I'll hear a riff on a CD or a song on TV,or get a note combination in my head that needs to be developed. They are always close. 8) Mike
