My band is looking for a new drummer so that project is on hold, but in the meantime...

The chord progression is this really simply, mid 60's Dylan type thing that I came up with and then wrote a melody around. I also recorded foot stomps as primitive percussion.

The lyrics are, well, I guess they kind of speak for themselves.

I love how its "I'm a lose her" instead of being what people would think which is "I'm a loser"

Yeah, a lot better. I don't know much about the music you are playing but I still think you need a hook if you want to market as a pop artist. That will probably come with time. You are improving. Maybe it is the band. Hope you get it back together and find your drummer.
