I have two of them Chet so that I have two different numbers for use and at 9.99 for each number why not. Next you will be getting a bluetooth headset in you cars.

I already plan on getting a bluetooth. The Blackberry has VAD (Voice Activated Dialing) so it will be cool with the bluetooth.

They are cool in My truck and the one Honda when the phone rings the sound turns down on the radio and you can answer it. Very Cool all hands free.

Happy upcoming Birthday mate.

I'm sticking to my 70's man ethos. I have a mobile but its only use is as a camera and mp3 player. No one has the number, i soon got sick of people calling and put a different prepay sim in it. The missus has the number for emergency contact.

Happy Birthday!!!

I only have one foot in this century -- I have a cell (one of the first) but I still use it mostly for emergencies only. It rarely leaves the car glove compartment. I've never texted, played a game, read the news, etc., on a cell so I'm half old century.

On the other hand, I travel by a car lot and having a cell sure beats the old way of having to walk possibly miles to find a pay phone or hoping a cop would come by.

Happy pre-birthday, Chet.

Personally, 'still holding out on the cell phone thing. Too much ****ing noise in the world, already.

'Rarely even use the vehicle radio....

I have one that I just use for emergencies only. Most of the time, it's off. Personally, I think they're the worst thing ever invented. One more reason for people to be rude in public. Just last year, I was rearended at a stop light by someone who was talking on their cellphone while driving.

But, hey... enjoy it anyways.

I've always found it ironic that Bell "invented" the phone in large part to help hearing disabled people. His wife was hearing disabled (I don't think 100% deaf), so that was his motivation. In reality, the phone is one of the primary barriers to hearing impaired people getting jobs.

This is at the request of my kids who think I really need to be in touch.

Well , it's about time! just kidding Bro , have fun with your new toy!
