Oh yeah, when you start breaking out the coffee cans, you're really getting serious. :P

Glad you got your nuts and bolts in order, Gary. I'm super organized like that, too.

I have to do a grocery pickup and take my son to his doctor. Then, fun time!

Thanks, Marky. I do my best sometimes to not to be organized in that department, because It usually opens up doors to more work and surprises. You know the kind. You fix a small problem and then it becomes a mega project. Like my father in law who broke a toilet installing a seat and then the fix became a whole bathroom project.
If that had been me, I’d just bolt down the street to the gas station and ask for the key.

Am I screwy or just nuts?

Hope you and your son are doing well.

Put in some bass time on the violin bass, today. Now, I'm listening to some French pop music from the 60's. My brain often wanders like that sometimes. :P

Just finished some bakery almond biscotti from the Italian market down the street. Earlier today I removed a large dresser mirror from our guest room for a relative to pick up. I must be getting old because I couldn’t remember how I installed it. $#%!

My handmade frame and the mirror were tight to the wall with no access. It was put up 18 years ago when I was 55 and back then my memory was fresh. I finally figured it out. First I mounted the mirror to the wall with 6 sliding brackets, placed a frame made from moulding over that, and then screwed the frame to the wall. The screws were counter sunk into the wood, screw holes were filled, and then painted to match the frame to conceal them. I must have done a good job because today I didn’t have clue, I managed to slide one half of one the brackets holding the mirror out from behind the frame, and the light went on. Voila! Got it all off without tearing the wall board off the studs, filled the umpteen holes in the wall, and hung a picture for the time being. Phew!

Can’t fool an old feller. He’ll wreck the place out of frustration. If necessary. That’s what you do in a war. :P

Me too. Only it was 7am on the bedroom cable box and on this cellphone when, in actuality, it was a dark 6am in the other dimension. Got a feeling (like jet lag) that, because it’s a lazy Sunday, I’ll probably catch a wink later in the day, maybe after a snack.

Going to go for a long walk, watch some films, and put in some bass time.
