I think go for a walk, and go get something for dinner.

We had a busy and really fun day. It's time for a piece of lemon meringue pie and some TV.

We wound up going out late for a walk, but being the summer season, it was quite busy, and we happened to come across a cover band that was actually really good, and this DJ who was also playing drums, and was really good. We got his business card, so it might be someone to work with in the future.

I'm just making up a list for things I need to get at Home Depot later in the day.

My newest Strat needs a setup so, until I get around to it, I'll have to suffer with my SG. Just kidding, the SG is amazing. 8)

Going for a long walk, stop by the market for dinner, then some bass time and a video or so.

There are many homes in the prairies that have back alleys to help with snow clearing. They can be a welcome addition for many reasons; but, they have disadvantages too.

Wildlife, orphaned and domestic pets are a concern. They think I’m Dr. Doolittle. It’s not about one or two stragglers, but one brings many. We have many birds at risk (part of North America’s flyaway), and feline deposits of mice brought in, likely from nearby fields of development and infrastructure, (and a dead bunny in a kitty’s mouth) have found their way into the yard. Bowls of food and beverages for our four legged friends surround the neighbourhood. Animal services are next to useless as are the bylaws, and irresponsible owners are oblivious.

I know. Easy answer is to get a dawg. Neighbours have them at home, Not so easy. It’s either Mrs. FSB or a dog. My luck the dog, cats, squirrel, and rabbits will be buddies like a Disney movie.

As a former pet owner, and close contact with cats on a daily basis, I keep my yard and alley way pet friendly of chemicals of which I’ve spoken about before here, so I’ll leave it at that. The animals cross from and to the front street and back alley, :?
The front, back, and 16 foot sliding rear gates need winter snow clearance leaving a bottom gap to allow rabbits and cats access. So, now I’ve decided to build up along the long fence. I need to come up with a seasonal method of blocking the bottom of the gates and removing the same in the winter. It’ll have to be convenient for removal at a moment’s notice. Brushes are a consideration, but not useful over winter. A PITA and a challenge, but less so than being a collector or a nasty animal abuser.

If that doesn’t work, maybe, I’ll collect the animals and return the bunch to one owner at a time. Yeah, right.

So, in the meantime I’ve got cat scratch fever.

Time to put on my carpenter toque.

Going through some of my bookmarks, and cleaning up a lot of things on my account, and social media crap.

I did the same not long ago and was surprised by how much junk I had accumulated. I had so many bookmarks, some of which no longer worked, scattered around and I organized them alphabetically into folders. Now I know what I have and where it is. It's nice to have it organized. Have fun, Paul!

I'm going to do the setup on my Strat and some laundry. That's about it for today.

I'm getting ready to feed the dog, and then get our Sloppy Joes going. Image

Sloppy Joes sound good. What time should I be there? I took a nap instead of doing the setup but I'm working on laundry now.

Did some detailing on a my past mother-in-law’s wheelchair which, if it goes as offered today, will be sold tomorrow. The chair was tarped without upholstery outside over winter. It was originally bought for ten times as much being that it was specific and custom ordered for the need. Problem is awkwardness, size, and usage; but, perfect for the right person. However, with less than a million people in the city, the buyers are less than elsewhere, and consignment and shop purchase is not an option due to the local market as I’ve found.

Ah well. Something is better than nothing. It will likely be outa here, and it served Mom well, and that’s why it was chosen.

Nice profitable business, not so much for the original customer though.

I went out to a couple of stores earlier tonight, and I have been going through all of my saved links for various websites that I've had for years. Some sites are no longer there, and that sort of thing.

I think we're going to try and organize the wardrobe room and go through everything, since it's a huge cluster you know what in there, because it's just too humid to go for a walk, but the water is too cold to go to the beach, unfortunately. I'm also up in the morning for a couple of days, so I'll see some sunrise.

I'm getting over having a lower molar removed this morning. It feels pretty good with that trouble maker yanked out.
