Aw, you big tease. I got stuck with store bought chocolate chip cookies.

MMMMMM, chocolate chip cookies. No more cookies for me. Image

Cookies help me lose weight. A couple of cookies instead of a full blown sammie for a snack. I’m not so sure chocolate chip qualifies though.
I hope you enjoyed the Jello, Glenn. What am I saying? i know you did.
I love Jello but not Jello salad with all that garburator stuff inside. Whata waste. I scrape off gelatin from canned meat, not that I eat a lot of that, and the Mrs.still hasn’t gotten me to eat a family tradition of head cheese with or without vinegar.Yuck! . YMMV

Jello dessert with or without whipped cream - now that gets my attention. :P

I passed on having my Jello this evening. I didn't want to get too filled up on it.

Sometimes, just jamming out with some music, with your guitar helps. Just say "f*** it" and rock out.

Right on. That's what I did after my nap and it sure helped. 8)
Agreed. That's great medicine, and how I got back to the guitar thanks to a great wife. :D
Glad it’s working for ya, Marky, Paul is right, and the cool thing is you can never overdose. When you’re in that mode you might want to hit ‘record’. Ya never know when something special will occur.

Yeah, the only side effect is potential GAS, which is $$$ :P

I was downloading a DAW plugin from a major supplier and my laptop screen flickered and turned blue. I don't think it was the fault of the plugin supplier because I was able to download the plugin after almost 4 hours of repairing Windows. I tried everything I could think of but had to resort to restoring Windows from an old restore point. All is well now except for one program that won't update. Have to figure that one out, but not now. After coffee, it's Strat time. 8)

Yeah man. Concentrating on a song or just letting things flow feels so good. :)

Gotta love the feature of restoring. Blue screen and programs that won’t update? I think I know the answer, Marky; but, experience tells me the solution ain’t easy. Here’s a clue. It’s a Windows feature.
Hope you can solve it.

Thanks, FSB. I think I have it fixed. Somehow, a bunch of drivers were corrupted. I don't know how this stuff happens. :?

Good for you, Marky. Sometimes, it’s difficult to decide which drivers are the better ones. The ones from the hardware manufacturer, or the software manufacturer, or the computer manufacturer, or Windows or . . . well, you get the idea. I sometimes think additions to a program may try to uninstall a good driver in order to install their own, and then you cross fingers hoping the uninstall and install goes smoothly instead of a no go or corruption. Can’t say that any of this is the case, but in the days when dinosaurs roamed, you might have to install hardware and drivers in a dictated preferential order. Sometimes, you just want to grab a 5 iron and beat the drivers to death.

Cut the front and back lawn today.

Go Raptors!

I'm going to be up during the morning for a bit, so I'm turning my schedule around to do so.

Nice job on your lawn, FSB. I love the smell of freshly cut grass.

Going to put in some Strat time soon and, when my son gets up, we're going to watch the recording of Game 5. I avoided the news because we don't know who won. Go Raptors!

I’m not going to spoil it for ya, Marky. What a game! There will be equals, and perhaps better scoring, but none more exciting IMHO. Yet. Enjoy the game (or hope you did).

I was just told, likely because weed spraying is now limited or non existent with city participation, that the city is going to crack down on those who don’t maintain the cutting of their grass. If grass is 6 or more inches tall , the city will check after the first warning, and cut it if necessary, and send them a bill.

I laughed when Mrs. FSB told me that. I said, “If it takes awhile to grow 6 inches of grass we can save up, sell the lawn mower and the rake, save on gas, and have the city do our gardening so I don’t have to.”
Gotta love progress. What a nice city we live in.
