I went for a walk earlier this evening. The weather was really nice out.

I hope you enjoyed the Jello, Glenn. What am I saying? i know you did.
I love Jello but not Jello salad with all that garburator stuff inside. Whata waste. I scrape off gelatin from canned meat, and the Mrs.still hasn’t gotten me to eat a family tradition of head cheese. Yuck! . YMMV

Cookies help me lose weight. A couple of cookies instead of a full blown sammie for a snack. I’m not so sure chocolate chip qualifies though.

Jello dessert with or without whipped cream - now that gets my attention. :P

Nice weather today, so I'm going to go for a long walk.

The thunderstorms let up a while ago, so I'm going to check the mail, and feed the door.

It was kind of a stressful morning but things have calmed down and it's nap time.

Stress sucks. I hope the nap helped, Marky.

Today, I attempted to match touch-up dye on an inexpensive, but decent light tan leather (vinyl) couch (seat) in the family room. I did a great job matching the colour. The couch did a lousy job taking it. Phht. The Hudson Bay blanket does a nice job though. Now I have another replacement on the bucket list. Pretty soon I'll have to get another bucket.
FSB (the 'S' stands for stress, Marky) . . . Chocolate Chip Cookie Time

Sometimes, just jamming out with some music, with your guitar helps. Just say "f*** it" and rock out.

Was it you that had the kitchen cabinets that needed to be stained, and went through a similar process? I just remembered reading about that a long time ago, probably even a couple of years ago, after seeing this post.

Yeah, it was Paul. Wow! Good memory. The pro carpenter left it up to me to find the closest looking mahogany since the original is no longer available. Fortunately, while I worked in TV I had a pretty cool colour test lining up in order from the lightest shade to the darkest shade of various coloured gradient medallions. I got them all correct twice in a row, so I was told I have perfect colour ability, and that's about it. I was responsible for the colour coming out of control rooms and matching about 2 dozen monitors, cameras, and video tape. We had waveform and vector scopes and other tools; but, often it was eyeballs except for our reference. The kitchen staining must have worked because either everyone is being super kind or I did a decent match. I'm really good at staining my hands too. These days the fella at your local hardware store can come close with computer help, but the thing you stain is the deciding factor. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I've seen that with guitars too. :P

Going to go for a long walk, then watch a film or two, and put in some bass time.

Right on. That's what I did after my nap and it sure helped. 8)
