Watching a film or two, and some bass time.

I'm going with my girlfriend to visit her grandmother, then who knows else what's going on. Sometimes, we might stop by the mall that's in the travel path, so maybe that.

It looks like nice enough weather, so I'm going to take a walk, then watch a film or two, and put in some bass time.

The weather has been pretty good, so I might be able to go for a walk later. I know I'll have to go do some shopping, at least.

I guess I'll be taking the car to the car wash. The drive to Tuscaloosa, and back, really did a number on the car.

I'm going to do some shopping, and I may or may not go for a walk. After that, I'm going to try and watch a film or two, and put in some bass time. There's a place called "A Market," which sells assorted organic, and that sort of thing items (I call it a "hippie market" :P) that have some really nice potatoes in their produce section, that I've been thinking about to make a baked potato. The potatoes in the regular grocery store are usually crappy around here, especially in comparison.

Finally got my new laptop and swapped out the hard drive and added RAM. It's working great and a bit faster than my old one. I'm catching up on the things that I couldn't do well on my tablet. :)

Having fun with my new laptop. It's so fast and easy compared to my ancient laptop. 8) Now if I can only keep Max away from it.

That’s great, Marky. Was it easy to do the hard drive swap?

I’m thinking about Big Brother and how fat and fast he’s gotten. Don’t worry about him though, you’re already related.

Aside from the automation and self serve in retail around here, this month I got a trial offer for 2 day shipping, movies and music. Good deal. Well, I thought so, until I did a little homework to find Alexa is involved. The features are promoted while Alexa is downplayed. Reminds me of pushing a contest or other feature and enticing a sign up with a third party to Facebook or Google.

Don’t bother putting cash in a sock either. That currency is doomed to soon be replaced by plastic and maybe then facial recognition. I’m looking for a rich double. Snicker.

This text is over Siri. One other thing Siri, “Even you can be replaced.”

FSB

It’s that easy.
Hope the power grid doesn’t fail.

“Alexa. Fix that.” “Alexa!? Are you listening to me? Siri? Google? Anyone?”

Let’s check what’s happening on TV or on the tablet, phone a repairman because the kids have no experience, hop in the electric car, take a grounded plane outta here. At least we can self check our groceries if there are any. I’m good to go. I have plenty of batteries from the landfill. And everyone is in a hurry now :?: “Oh! Hi, Cortana nice of you to drop in. Do you know each other?”

 Upgrading the RAM was very easy because there is a small door with only two screws that covers the RAM SIMMs. The hard drive required me to remove the top, keyboard and a metal plate to get to it. The whole thing took about an hour and it booted up perfectly with all my settings and programs exactly as they were. Not bad, all-in-all.

I got in about an hour of Strat time that felt really good. I haven't played much in about a week, and my tremor was under control, so it was very enjoyable. :) BTW - I put a small piece of electrical tape over the the camera. :)
