I just finished having waffles, and fried Spam for breakfast. I think I have everything squared up for Christmas shopping, and the grocery store. The car should stay parked until after Christmas.

That sounds good, Glenn. I've never eaten Spam but a lot of people like it. One day I'll give it a try. :)

It's not Canadian Bacon, but what is? Spam is kinda' like bacon when you fry it. I like Spam right out of the can with mustard, as a Spam sandwich. The old Spam cans were a real trip to open. They had those old twist rings you had to twist around the top edge of the can. Boy I'm I glad they changed those out to the ring pull top opener.

Yeah. Those twisty thingies were dangerous like the corned beef cans, Glenn and Marky, I suggest trying Spam fried and basted like a ham with brown sugar and mustard or with BBQ sauce; although, a kazillion possibilities are out there. Here in the land of Canadian bacon, Canada Packers, one of which were one of North America’s largest stockyards existed here until the city built around it. The smell was terrible as it wafted across the east end of the city. They made a similar product to Spam. Today all the products mentioned here and there are made, and the following are now part of Maple Leaf foods, Big bacon production comes from the same place. I’ve eaten Spam and our version as well. :D

Klik and Spam are a tradition. How popular? Well, just to the south of us we have the SPAM head office in the neighbouring state of Minnesota.

Now ya know.

GO SPAM, GO!!! I like maple syrup on my Spam at breakfast. At the South Florida Fair, occasionally the Spam Mobile is there, giving out Spam sandwiches on slider buns. YUM!

Thanks for the great Spam follow up, FSB. Now I know all about Spam. What did you think of the cool Spam guitars in the second video? Pretty cool. 8)

I'm going to go for a Christmas stroll, so I burned off anything I've eaten for Christmas. :P There's actually a few restaurants open around here (we are technically a resort area on the ocean,) so there might be a few people walking around out and about. Plus, you can only take so much of your relatives before you get cabin fever. :P

I'm still on my first cup of coffee. No big plans today except some Strat time.

It looks like I might actually go out for another walk, since the weather seems to be relatively behaving. It's cold, but not brutal. I also need to go to the store and get a few things. I couldn't do that yesterday.

unfortunately it is back to work today.

I have to agree with mr nylon. I kind of like spam right out of the can.

fried is good as well, but right out of the can and on the bread is still delicious.

have you tried any of the flavored apsms? I have tried a couple and so far prefer the orig

Decided not to go out for a walk, since we had some music related business to take care of. One of which, I have to go out and sell my Orange bass head. I'm going to use the money to buy an Ampeg. New amp day coming soon. 8)

Going to go out and do some errands and pick something up for dinner. It's been pouring rain all day, so that leaves out going out for a walk.
