You guys are like 20 y/o's. I did paper work between naps and after some videos I'm yawning, my day and night, oh boy.

That's a nice improvement, FSB. Congratulations!

I just finished a 90 minute session and I'm pooped. Time for TV and sleep.
Thanks, Marky. I have a ways to go before I tour on the road.
90 minutes, huh? That’s great. I’ll send you ahead of me to test out the crowd. That way I’ll find out if I need chicken wire in front of the stage. :P

Well I played for 90 minutes, but I didn't say how well I played. You might need to send in a couple of sweepers first, to sweep up all the rotten fruit the crowd threw at me. Or beer bottles, etc.

Doing laundry, then probably go for a walk.

Got back from a walk, got some new shoes for walking, had plenty of calories left so I made a home made bbq chicken pizza, ate a mandarin, and now I’m kickin’ back for a relaxing evening over budget and under my intake limit.

That's because I hate formality and diets. Mrs. FSB is a lifetime member past Weight Watcher, and I’ve dieted to where papayas or any package with the word diet on it are no longer allowed in the house. So I figured out what I like, what I hate, what I can’t have and what I can, what I can adapt, and what I can invent. Of course, that includes real whipping cream but light, real sugar but less, home made apple crisp instead of my favourite apple pie, Jello, home made chicken pot pie, home cooked turkey baggied just for wraps, cream cheese instead of butter when it works, butter but less when cream cheese or limited peanut butter doesn’t work, tomato and a variety of cheese sammies, salads the way I like them, but only after two days of reading labels of most every salad dressing in every grocery store we entered, and then coming home with a variety of low cal versions, available snacks that are liked but permitted, cookies for those light meal days, half size ice cream chocolate dipped bars and low cal fudge sickles, half lemonade and half water, half OJ and half water, and more of similar self made choices organized into a scribbler for easy calculations. A side benefit is learning more about metric and imperial weight and measurements. :D
FSB

I can’t get used to the recommended pasta amount though. It’s only enough to make laces for your shoes. Phhht! :?

I just got of bed a short time ago, and working on getting my eyes to clear. Part of waking up in the morning for me. That's pretty much it for now.

Coffee, home made muffins, and a celebration for the CFL home team Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ wumpin’ last night over their archrival 1 game up Regina Roughriders as both reach for the soon to be playoff spot. End score 31-0.

Coffee, muffins, and football. A winning combination.

Right now I'm getting ready to watch the Bears at the Dolphins.

I'm probably going to go for some sort of walk, stop by the store, and try to do some domestic stuff, besides putting in some bass time, while I catch up on some movies that I have taped.

Just finished lunch after a busy morning. Built a DIY finish booth in my bathroom(being remodeled) this morning. Its nothing to big 2' x 3' x 5'7", vented by the bathroom exhaust fan. Hopefully good enough to finish 1 guitar. It pulls a very slight vacuum, but don't think it will pull anything major in w/ the A/C vent & door closed.
Hopefully Monday mail has some mahogany shims and finish test pieces for me.
I will at least be ready to mix some stain colors and begin testing on the spalted maple front panels I received Saturday.
