How has the playing time been going between the Violin, and the Ibanez?

Pretty good. My girlfriend and I recorded a video of a version of "I Who Have Nothing," which was a song done by both Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey, but not together, back in the 60's, but we've just did it with vocals and bass. I kind of did some loose interpretation of the music, or just pretty much my own thing, but I played it high up the neck, since it was just me and her. It's not our usual repertoire, but it was fun to do.

Winding down after a long fun day with my son and ex-wife. I finished up by playing and singing three songs.

I’m exhausted already.
Pretty exciting day for me so far. I’m deleting emails from the thousands sitting on my phone that got transferred from the old one. As soon as I do a delete new ones take their place. Sheesh!

I went for a walk, did some grocery shopping, and laundry. Now, I'm just doing the social media rounds.

Reading the Forum(s).

Good song, Paul. I can see that must have been fun, and that’s what music is all about.

An interesting note is that scientists sent a variety music into space with the thought that, if it were discovered by intelligent life in space, music would be accepted much or somewhat like it has been known to affect us (more or less). Whether they like it is anybody’s guess. :D

I'm just reading emails, etc on my tablet because my laptop finally died. I had to call a repair tech and he replaced the HD but had to take it with him to restore my clone image. Ugh! :(

Reading the Forum, after a late night of watching a great fiction movie called Citizen X based on fact about modernizing Russia’s policing with western methods in forensics and psychology after a serial killer took 52 lives in a case suppressed by the former regime.

Sorry to see that your laptop is on the fritz, Marky. Remember when we were told computers were gong to make our life easier. :?

Hope it works out fine for ya.

Thanks, FSB. Yes I do remember that promise. I remember being told that we would not use paper anymore too.

Well at least paper doesn’t autocorrect your typing from going to gong (see above).

Probably going to go for a walk, when it gets a little later in the morning. Other than that, I have no clue.

Saw the cardiologist yesterday, and depending on how I make out on next week’s treadmill I may have to join a Re-Fit centre. It’s a huge multi-faceted sports complex. Not my thing at this age. When I was younger I would have run over there.

That's the best news I've heard in some time. Congrats, FSB! We're proud of you!

I'm happily working on my repaired and fully restored laptop. :)

That’s great your laptop is back to working order. I hope you didn’t lose anything. I know it can be a relief. Enjoy.

Thank you, Marky. Lucky for me, I was brought up to date that a bypass was narrowly avoided because of a great team and the latest greatest improvements that blessed me with three inline large stents at the top of the artery where it leads into the heart entrance. At first I felt much better breathing but, my condition felt less successful than expected. Apparently, recovery and reactions are comparable to the surgery given. Still can’t lift much or use the guitars or drums yet (noticed I didn’t say play). The cool thing is my stents are worth more than my jewellery. They’re the latest platinum! :P Newer ones are under development. Those simply disappear when they dissolve. I’ll keep the platinum. :P Now I have to wait and see if the stents will pick up Jimi Hendrix on the radio, then I can hangout with the hippies on the legislature lawn waiting for the October 17th Canadian legalization of weed.
Just a heads up:
It is reported that anyone related to investing, using, growing, or distribution of pot legally or illegally will be prevented from entering the USA quite possibly for life! Forget the fact that Washington state has legal pot. The border is federal territory. In fact, once our illustrious leader is no longer Prime Minister he too, because of publicly admitting his consumption of the leaf, will be banned from the States. Oh Canada. There should be some great plane rates and hotel deals for the rest of us.
FSB

Note: It should be said that I’m fine if you decide to do your thing whatever it is. 8) As long as no one else is compromised, and I don’t have to pay for the use or abuse I say knock yourself out. Here they are even suggesting to increase property tax to pay for infrastructure to manage legalized marijuana use. :? I find the whole thing peculiar considering organized crime practices are now managed, legally owned or distributed by government or is it the other way around? Insurance, Gaming lotteries and casinos, Liquor, and now Pot. Follow the money if you can find it.

Whoo boy!

I leave you this:
