Aw gee. Thanks, for asking, Marky. What I thought would take 5 days is turning into a few weeks. Pretty painful as I am not on pain killers (aside from the daily baby aspirin) for various reasons. I debated a run to emergency yesterday to see if I had any issues (with pain) that I might be missing, but I believe I have the clotting danger beat now. The hand has cleared up. Bruises spread up the arm to the elbow (something I was warned about), but all are fading. Pain is now concentrated in various areas with the heaviest bruising, and some sharpness where hand movement and forearm bone structure can irritate some of the veins and/or muscle. It’s loosely wrapped with gausse and a styrofoam brace provided by the hospital to keep from bumping it. I take it off when I can. It’s safe to say I’m improving, but it’s a longer adventure for sure. I have to keep the arm in a prone position the best I can which means the recliner or bed most times. That’s not my style, but I do what I can. Mrs. FSB has rules. Looking forward to getting back to the guitars and recording. You’ll have to fill in for me.

I’ve never had chicken and waffles. That’s so un-Canadian when it’s not a loggers’ special of a pancake an egg and another pancake and egg on top and so on. Top with Canadian maple syrup and Canadian bacon. But, I’d like to try chicken and waffles with an iced coffee. I’m Cosmopolitan.

Until then, I’m off to the kitchen to check the peanut butter supply.

Went back out and got a chocolate dipped ice cream cone, downtown. I suspect the place we get it at will probably close up shop for the season pretty soon, until next year. They don't stay open year round, like quite a few places around here, since it's mainly a summer resort place, as far as tourism goes.

I just finished a surprising slice of orange cake (one of my all time faves) which is seldom available. She doesn’t care for it, and that leaves even more for me. That Mrs. FSB is a keeper.

Those are pretty good. We have them at our local store. We generally try to avoid things with sugar in them, although we got a regular soft serve ice cream yesterday.

I'm going to try to go for a walk, unless the rain decides to stop me, then I'm going to try and put some serious bass time in. If I can't go for a walk, then that will just be extra bass time, I suppose.

Well, I’m goofin’ off in bed trying to decide if I’m going to catch up on lost sleep or embrace the day the best I can. Things have cooled off to a nice 76°. So the deck might be an option.
