Going for a walk, do some grocery shopping, and plug in either the Ibanez or violin bass into the Fender and jam out for awhile.

BBQ time! Putting the tunes on the patio’s wireless. Getting ready to start up the charcoal to sear the dry rub back ribs before putting the spit on the gas so I can lay back with a cool one and get dizzy watching them go round and round and round and . . .
FSB

Cheers!

Turning my schedule around to be up on days for at least a week or so. It will be nice to go out in the morning, instead of going to bed at that time, but it's not so bad in the summer, since it does get dark a lot later, and it's cooler during that time. It's the wintertime that being on nights gets really depressing, I think.

Enjoy your day shift, Paul. Here’s a winter night shift for ya:

8am Setup arena.
12pm Go for lunch.
1pm Test everything out and rehearse.
4pm Dinner.
5pm More rehearsal or tweaking.
7pm Hockey game time.
11pm or thereabouts. Brief break after game.
11:15pm Tear down setup, load gear and return to station.
1:45am Arrive at station.
2am Clear off snow, scrape windows, and start frozen cars. Maybe push one, and jump start another. Head home.
2:30pm Arrive home, and if lucky, your driving space won’t have been blocked by a snow plow pile.

Modernization and equipment down sizing has reduced the hours; however, those late night snowfalls and cold vehicles are still menaces. By the time you get home (if you get home) from a long tiring day, the freezing weather has woken you up. Now you have to wind down with a snack, hot chocolate or coffee, and early morning Perry Mason. :P
So, yep. Summer night shift even with rain is WAY better me thinks.

Going to go for a walk, and do some shopping. Not necessarily in that order.

Going for a walk before it starts raining, hopefully. If not, then I'll go to the gym.

Trading Futures Contracts online. I have a degree in Finance and was a floor trader but I had to quit after three years due to health reasons. It is a very stressful profession. So why am I doing it again? Because I need more income. So please send me good vibes. :D

I need a couple of sunny days to have the weeds shrivel. Half the yard worked out. The other half got sprayed today, and now I get a possible weather change for tomorrow with some chance of rain which will mean a reapplication, and more pocket change.

Phtt! to inconsistent weather reports.
On the plus side, the many wascally rabbits that had our grass for a daily salad have gone to a neighbour’s smorg. The other day I bought some ugly plastic owls. Haven’t seen a rabbit since! :D Yet!
