I could go for that. Hope you had great evening, Marky.

Thanks, FSB. It was very nice. I hope you had a good one too. Now it's almost time to hit the hay.

I’m gonna check out the coffee and cinnamon toast, and take on the day with exuberance. :D

Checking email, social media, etc. I'm going to go to the store to get something for diner, then go to the gym. The weather's still crappy out to go walking in it.

I got back from the grocery store, and swapped out a couple of Jazz PG's. The Am. Pro. Jazz has a Black Moto PG now, and the USA Geddy Lee Jazz has a Black PG.

Turning the schedule around, at least for a few days. I have to go to the DMV to get a new ID.

Got my ID, so now I'm officially a Rhode Island resident and my last tie, other than some people I know down there, is severed. My parents no longer even live there, since they sold their business and moved to North Carolina.

DMV was a massive cluster-you know what, since apparently there was some sort of school vacation thing going on, and I think half of Rhode Island was there that day, so I wound up taking 4 hours being there. It's OK, it's done, so no big deal. We did wind up staying up for at least 27 hours, but then slept for 12 hours, so now I'm a little bit screwed up with time, and back on nights again. I guess that's probably a rough equivalent to what it's like to have jet lag. :P

Got my Driver’s licence renewal today. First photo with my new goatee. It turned out pretty good. However, the goatee may just be a seasonal thing while the licence is for five years. The new licence has a lot of past and new security features with laser, holographs, multi dimensional graphics, and raised info amongst other things. I find it curious that you’re not supposed to smile for the photo; but, you can wear facial hair that comes and/or goes. Must be a facial recognition government thing.8)
I’m thinking grey dreadlocks or the Willie Nelson look for my next one if I last that long. :D

Hey, Wavy Gravy never sold out and looks the same that he did in 1968, sans being 50 years older, so why not? :P By the way, speaking of that, I spotted a yellow tie-dyed t-shirt with a stoned Bart Simpson on it, when I was shopping with my girlfriend this afternoon. I thought about getting it as a joke, but that wouldn't have gone done too well with her. :P

Yeah. The Wavy Gravy look would be a standout, but, alas, he’s one of a kind. Besides, I already have one professional clown in the family. That Bart Simpson shirt looks to be cool. Maybe, things would work out better if you got her one too. :P Take it from a guy who’s soon to celebrate 47 years of marriage. Bribing works, considering that all women secretly go to the school of how to trick men into submission (usually without them knowing that’s happening). On the flip side, our only defense is that if one woman can be bribed so can another. It depends on what the price is. Now ya know. No need to thank me for the info. Think of it as my obligation to manhood.
Good luck with that, Paul. :D

You know, I think I'll leave the tie-dyed t-shirts to Wavy Gravy. :P I was always more into the Velvet Underground or Mod fashions from the 60's, than the whole Flower Power thing, anyway, although I do like some of that music.

I'm going to go for a walk later, then I have no clue what else for the evening. Maybe work on some music.

I hear ya, Paul. I made the mistake of buying a flowered shirt with long tipped collar, once! But, it was the poofy sleeves that did me in. Off to the local longtime British Woolens Men’s store and correction. I came out looking somewhere between Bond and Dave Clark after having enjoyed my camel hair Nehru look, Beatle boots, rose coloured shades and all. Besides, we had plenty of Double Deckers and English birds in our town.

You know, I've been looking to get a pair of Beatle boots for a long time. I was actually watching a video that was made with an interview with the surviving Beatles, when they did the Anthology Series, and George was taking about they had those boots custom made by this company that made ballet shoes. They didn't get them from some store somewhere, like we typically would.
