Just gutted a 67 Showman cab. Got a nice pair of JBL D130's out of it and all the external hardware. The box goes to the curb in the morning. Beyond ratty. 8) Mike

No, the cab was shot man. Picture the worst looking 60's cab you ever saw and this one would make it look mint. I've had it since 1979.I'm going to build a new cab for the JBL's[I'm a 20 year cabintmaker] . 8) Mike

With the discussion about The Beatles the last few days, I've taken my P Bass out tonight and I'm learning the bass lines to I Want to Hold Your Hand.

After that it will be Clapton - Wonderful Tonight.

It'll be a late night!

I'm having a blast learning something new!

I've got the house to myself today, so it's Breakfast, then a date with my '73 Super Reverb and all my electrics. Followed by a night of football and listening to my ears ring. Life is so good! :D

Got up, walked the dogs, made some coffee. Listening to some Dead while browsing the web.

Later I'll be picking up one of my strats and practice some, and then I plan to work on my model railroad - a shelf based layout.

how are you going to cover the cab or are you going to finish the wood and leave it exposed?

Deciding what to wear to work tomorrow. It's a weighty decision.
