Nice ride T2. It's almost as much fun working on them as driving them. Almost... :)

Checking email and listening to music. The weather is a lot drier today, humidity wise, which makes walking a lot more pleasant, and since I'm planing on making some burritos for dinner, not so bad to do some cooking in the kitchen.

Sat upstairs in the dark waiting for my two boys to fall asleep so I can then go downstairs and do some headphone practice. But as usual I will probably fall asleep before they do!

Just finished yard work and I'm on the patio kicking back on a warm sunny day catching up on the Forum. Nice to read about how great the day's goin' Lizards.

The Mrs. mentioned something about our fountain, and the spa I won't go to, so I told her to relax on the Lounge preceded by my playing some Spa music unannounced.

Winding it up for the day and having a nice conversation with my son. We're going to grab some snacks and watch Act of Valor on Blu-ray.

Not much, other than listening to music and screwing off on the internet. :P I'll be going out and about pretty soon, though.

The usual morning thing. Cheerios, coffee and recliner. I wish I had your motivation, Paul. :D

Picked up a new cooler to take 3 homemade pizzas and other treats for relatives who invited us for a few days at their cottage. Looking forward to good times, suckies, munchies, nummies, and brewskies on the dock. :D

It's all a matter of starting off taking baby steps, and trying to go one step further each day, and see how far you can go. I suppose that can apply to anything you do, though. A year ago I couldn't even walk a mile before my back would lock up on me, but I kept at it, little by little, day by day. It's really no different than playing guitar, or anything else like that. You keep doing it and eventually it just becomes a part of you.

I completely agree. First step taken - my son brought my recumbent exercise bike downstairs from the loft to my bedroom so it's very handy. I see it every day but just haven't gotten started yet. Then I feel guilty. Alright, you inspired me. Tomorrow I promise myself that I will start my daily exercise program. My legs are very weak so it may only be for a few minutes but, like you said, day by day it will improve. I bet when you started out you never thought that you would have such a positive impact on another guitar guy, but you have. Thanks Paul :D

 That happened to me many times a long, long time ago. My son would wake me up when I fell asleep while waiting for him to fall asleep by saying, "Dad you're snoring. You better go to bed". Happy memories. :D

Ah, memories. Right now I'm wondering about dreams. Not the kind that one has about desires or goals and such. I'm wondering about the ones that come and go when asleep.

I find them all interesting. First of all when and why they occur or don't. How we can sometimes rest and bring them on or not. Why the nightmares surprise us amongst the unexpected peaceful ones. How some become a memory while others fade away the moment we wake. How some reoccur or continue at a later date. Why a dream that is just a brief moment or a longer stay can give us no sense of time. How a dream can associate with Deja Vu.

I truly am in awe with these questions and have no complete answer.

Oh, well. I can always dream about it. :P

Lucky Number Slevin, if you haven't watched this movie yet put it on your list. A good one that didn't put me to sleep. That doesn't happen often lol. :D

Just finished adding some wood filler to the bottom of the Bronco, listening/watching Pink "Funhouse".
Damn that girl can sing.

I know of no one who has a complete answer. Dreams are mysterious and interesting to me as well. I believe our subconscious is busily churning away while we sleep and we can usually figure those parts out, but where does all this other stuff come from? I have my own theories but who knows for sure? I have a lady friend who really gets into trying to decipher dream meanings. She has several books on the subject. She frequently has vivid dreams in full color and when she wakes up she writes down as much detail about them as she can remember. I rarely recall my dreams and only a few were in color. I am happy to say that I never have nightmares. My dreams are always peaceful and spiritual in nature.
