It's 92 degrees, and feels like 102 degrees. We aren't into summer yet. :roll:

It's 53 degrees here with a wind chill of 50 degrees and it's been raining, but I do know what you are going through. I lived there most of my life.

Yeah,....... it doesn't change much since you lived on the west coast either. Now 92, feels like 103, with an 11 mph wind out of the East.

I know St. Pete was typically cooler than compared to down by Fort Lauderdale, but that's not saying much. It still is hot and friggin' humid.

Yes, you had the Gulf of Mexico breezes that may have been a bit easier than the sometimes warmer Atlantic sea breezes here.

Thursday is the day I find out how I did this month, since it's the 1st. It will be 10 months since I started all of this. It's hard to believe it's been almost a year already.

You know, it wasn't too bad, other than doing a lot of math and trying to figure out the calories to everything. Once I got that worked out, it's just a daily routine, like anything else you might do. When I get to a maintenance weight (when I can fit into a size 34 jeans, I think is my current goal) then I won't worry about it as much, but I'm not going to stop exercising, though.
