We have a family March madness every year because 4 close cousins and an aunt celebrate their birthdays with parties that each one throws throughout the month. All of us guys are prepared a year in advance for the craziness of it all. That's five females celebrating from the age of nine to the eighties and in between.

Last night was the final party, and now I'm recuperating like the rest of the men who lost their hearing! :P
I'm going to kick back all day, and watch the idiot box. Time to catch up on the shows saved to the PVR. Tomorrow I'll start the tax returns. But, today is movie day! :D
Hope your day is a great one.

Thank you FSB, Marky, Mr Nylon, Matt, Paul. Got released a few hours ago. Good to be home. I have work to do, my new primary doctor says he will help and that is a good thing that came out of this. Although I wasn't gone for that long I missed you all, lol. Thanks for being here.

Hopefully, you won't have anymore issues. 8)

Sometimes, all you just want to do is watch TV all day. Nothing wrong with that, although I'll often play my bass when watching TV, so I don't feel too guilty for vegging out. :P

Absolutely!

Take your meds and get plenty of rest, Rollie.

We had our first car show of the 2017 season today, a real nice event staged at the local Methodist church......

Pleasant weather and plenty of old friends to get reacquainted with, both people and cars. We won the judges' choice best something-or-other.

Arjay

That sounds pretty cool. 8) Congrats on the win.

. . . Well, I needn't tell you that Newport to NYC is a big change . . .

I'm not moving to NYC. Can't afford to live there unless I was a Wall Street lawyer, but not too far from there. I'm thinking I should move to Canada, even though I don't have a passport. I'll just say I refuse to except your sovereignty as an actual country, so I don't need one. You think that would work? I'll bet no one has ever said that to the border guards before. :P
Oops! I reread your earlier post and found that you said closer to NYC rather than in NYC. My mistake. Sorry about that, Paul.

I've heard that nearby Nova Scotia is adding many new occupants from America. I'm sure that music country would be ready, willing, and able to accept you with open arms. There's a long combined relationship with Canadians and Americans in that part of the world. As far as the border guards, well, they can be fussy at times; but, lately they've accepted all kinds of stories. Maybe, yours will work.

It's worth a try because our loonie Liberal Dollar is 25 cents (and said to soon be falling even more) cheaper than yours. Of course, you'll have more taxes and find ways you never thought of to spend your hard earned money. Then you won't even be able to visit NYC without taking out a loan. Sounds like a good thing you've got going, Paul. I wouldn't risk moving north. On the other hand once you've lived here for awhile you get used to being an underprivileged tax poor Canuck. The government's long range deficit will ensure that. We never had a Boston type tea party.
If all of this sounds delightful to you, c'mon up. We'd like to have you. That's why we don't have a wall. :P

Actually, it's not all bad. We still
buy Fenders. :D

We have a publicist that lives in Canada, somewhere on the west coast. I can't remember where, off hand, at the moment. She's really good at what she does, so once we're ready to release the forthcoming EP, that will get the ball rolling. Don't get me started with that wall crap, like that's going to do anything. Maybe you shouldn't give them any ideas about them making another one there. :P The funny thing about that, is I do believe there's some sort of town, that I had seen on TV one time, including a house of some kind the border runs through the middle of it all. Imagine your bedroom is in Canada and the kitchen is in the US. You need a passport just to take a dump in your bathroom, I guess. :P

I also do that sometimes, (unplugged) especially with the chick movies in the background. Sometimes, I'll get into it where I don't know if the guitar is playing with the tv on, or the tv is on with the guitar playing.

That's crazy, funny, Paul. I guess when you flush you can sing, "Taking Care Of Business" if the crapper is in Canada, and "Bye Bye Miss American Pie" if it isn't. :P

So great to hear you are home again and back with us. I've been away a bit too but not for the same reason. I'm happy that your new PCP is going to help you out. It must be a big relief for you to have a point person coordinating your care and a main point of contact. Keep up the good work! Good vibes still coming your way. :D

Chores, chores, chores. I can't put them off anymore and I have some energy so...

Congratulations on your win Arjay. My son and I love going to those car shows. When we lived in Chicago, we used to go to the car museum in Volo, IL every month or so. I'd have a dozen of those beauties if I could afford them.

It's laundry day, and it's raining out, so I'm hoping for a clear enough window between to go for my walk. If not, then I'll have to use the elliptical machine.

Just finished a lamb burger, and reading some home entertainment mags. Catching up on old and new technology. As soon as I catch up the latest greatest will be on the shelves. I might just leave it there unless it knocks my socks off with something completely different. Even then . . .

I should have bought a new cartridge before turntables made a comeback.

+1

From your lips to God's ear!

Since my surname isn't Gates or Musk or Buffet I'm forced to live vicariously through my die-cast model collection......

(at least they don't require all the maintenance and upkeep as would an entire fleet of classic rides)

Thanks for the kind words, Mark.

I just finished my sugar free Raspberry Jello. It doesn't get too much more exciting for me lately. At least I like sugar free Raspberry Jello.

I finished going through my diabetic meds, and hardware stuff. "These Eyes" by the Guess Who is playing now. Damn the Guess Who were great.
