That stuff is not conducive to being on a diet, so I don't touch it. The worst thing I need to do is start "grazing" after the fact. That's what I use to call it, since you're baked and mindlessly munching out. I once almost ate an entire half gallon of ice cream and didn't even realize what I was doing. My sister use to have some really potent stuff back in the day.
