I brought the Rumble 350 Combo downstairs to put in the office and I'm going to get rid of the Peavey. We're planning on doing some rehearsing down there for shows, plus it sounds a hell of a lot better than that old clunker. I'm feeling in my back hauling it down the stairs, though. :P

Alright Paul. The Rosewood on the board looks fine. A good photo of the gear too! At times it's not a bad idea to cut back a bit, especially if you don't use something.

I posted this on my Facebook page, so I'm copying it here because I'm too friggin' lazy to write it out again another way. :P

Month 4 of my diet. I lost 15 pounds for a total of 51 pounds so far. I was shocked, to be honest with you. I didn't expect that this month. My measurements this month are 1 3/4" off my waist (4 3/4" total;) 3" off of gut 6 1/2" total;) 1/2" off of arm (2 1/4" total;) 1/2" off of knee (2" total;) 1/4" off of neck (1 1/4" total.) I have gained a tiny bit on my thigh and calf, but I suspect that is from muscle from exercise. That happened before when it fluctuated like that. As long as the gut disappears, that's what matters to me.

So now I'm blowing that all apart by having birthday cake. :P Actually, I'll just manage that like anything else, and it's a tiny one, enough for my girlfriend and myself without having to eat it for a week.

I'm going to clean up my office a bit, then hook up the Rumble 350 and finally plug in the violin bass so I can see how it sounds amplified. I didn't have any time to do it yesterday and I had my birthday to deal with. Another year older and now pushing 50. :P

Thanks! 8) You know, biologically I'm old enough to be a grandparent. :P That's really strange concept to me, because I don't feel that old at all.

We got a tiny Boston Cream cake that was big enough for the both of us (since we're the only ones around to have any,) and yet not too big to where I have to eat it for a week. There's a lot of calories in that stuff. I cheated and had some fried stuff from the Chinese restaurant and still managed not to blow my diet. It also probably helped that I walked for 3 miles, too. :P

Went for a walk and made dinner. Didn't have a chance to rehearse today, unfortunately. Maybe tomorrow.

I'm trying to log in from my computer again and again. This must mean that I'm ridiculously stupid or have great determination or both or neither or I'm sleepy or just can't right at the moment
