I've been busy going out and about so I haven't had a chance to stop by here in a couple of days, but I did my month three of diet, and I'm down 12 pounds. Lost another inch off my waist for a total of 3", 1 1/4" chest for a total of 3 1/2", 1/2" on the gut for a total of 3 1/2", 1 1/4" on thigh for a total of 3 3/4", 1 1/2" on knee for a total of 2 1/2". My neck and arm measurements are the same as last month. I'm already down one pants size and almost to the next. I tried on a jacket today that was a size smaller than what I have been wearing. It fits to where I can zip it up and everything, but it would be better when I lose another 10 pounds, I think. I prefer things a little loose fitting.

Thanks. I'm going to keep going until I don't have to. After that, I'm going to still keep things in check. I just won't worry about it so much, as long as I exercise everyday, which I do, and not go on binge with a case of beer and a couple buckets of KFC. I'm joking about that, of course.

Did some shopping today and went to Job Lots and got a good deal with a few things they had. This place is similar to Big Lots in Florida, but I'm not sure if they are affiliated or not. I found a winter cap and mittens that were dirt cheap and a pair of black leather gloves for $6. They're actually pretty nice. They have that hit man vibe to them. Maybe I should have bought two pairs, especially at that price. You probably won't ever see them in there again. I also got a metal clothes rack for $40 which I have to put together later. That's what I went in there originally to get, but you know how that goes.

Sitting here before bed . . . finishing some Chateaneuf du Pape I had sitting around for a couple of years. It looked lonely. We've become close friends tonight.

I got to do a ton of laundry and put together that clothes rack I bought last night. I'm sure it will be annoying to do so, with all of it's bits and pieces to screw together. Personally, I'd rather take a hit to the balls than mess with some of that stuff. At least it's not Ikea furniture.
