And no. We didn't have gallons of maple syrup.

You should have had gallons of maple syrup, otherwise you wouldn't be up to stereotype standards. :P

Dealing with Sprint with changing over iPhones. I'm getting my girlfriend's iPhone 6S and she got an iPhone 7. So there's a lot of waiting and bad hold music. :P Oh technology, how we love thee! :P

 Well, Paul, I did chop the wood and climb a pole with a neighbour's leg spikes, but I didn't dress like a Canadian lumberjack with a checkered flannel jacket (okay, so I did), and wear a dog-eared hat. After a trip to Lachine, Quebec's sugar bush, I still eat my share of only real maple syrup though. (Tip: Go for the light version (light beer coloured) if you can get it). :D
Right now I'm watching The Revenant. For those who have or haven't read about the real legendary Hugh Glass, you might want to look it up. This mountain man was one tough character larger than the terrific movie portrays.

Finally got the phone situation dealt with. On a happier note, I was jamming on the Schecter Ultra VI for a bit. I haven't done that in awhile. I usually go for my walk before I have dinner, but I did the opposite but now I don't feel like walking. :P I will, though.

What makes you think that, eh? Being a hoser is a Canadian prerequisite for citizenship, and I gotta tell ya - everyone doesn't look good in a toque (not to be confused with toke unless you live in la la land). But, after a few tokes everyone looks good in a toque.

This is not an endorsement for drugs or that suspicious mushroom soup made in Canada.

Looks like I'm going to Crackker Barrel for some eats, with my wife , and daughter. The regular spelling of the word Crackker is considered a BAD WORD in the land of basses, and guitars. Good thing I didn't want to say, never mind! Image

You are so right, Mike. There's something to be said about a lone cabin in the woods. When I sailed the ocean, my favourite time of day was (when I smoked) kicking back on the quarterdeck watching the sunset in a world far from the maddening crowd. After a week or two it was time to join the hub bub.

So I guess it's time to catch up on today's news too. :D
