Going for my usual walk before it's suppose to rain around here. There's no Fear Of The Walking Dead and Walking Dead isn't until the 23rd, so no Sunday night TV for now. That's about the only thing I'll watch unless I'm in bed. I usually record show on my old school VCR to watch later. Why not, if it still works?

I agree about the Starz/Encore free weekends. They usually have play better movies (or at least ones I want to watch) and at least you can watch some classic 80's action movies on Encore.

Jammed a bit on the bass today and some laundry and my usual walk. Finally turned off the AC and turned on the heat because it was cold in the house today. I also had to replace the batteries in the thermostats (they aren't hardwired,) since they were all dead. No big deal, two AA' in each of three and I had to set the time and day, which was actually easy. Too bad some effects processors aren't like that.

I remember stoking the wood stove in a log cabin that was temporary housing until my parents and my brother and I could move into a home on the Naval base where my father worked. We were pretty excited to get that old thermostat.
