The debate is over and I have a headache, a bad one . I am a conservative for the serious issues so I should have known lol. My guy did pretty good though.

I saw the debate on the TV screen, through the window of some bar/restaurant place I walked by on my daily walk around town, and I was "f-that" and kept going. :P Why would someone want to ruin their buzz or their meal watching that on TV. :P

Kicking back with some Hot Apple drink and watching Mysteries At The Museum on the boob tube.

Went for a 3 mile walk around town then made a NY Strip steak for dinner. Now I'm listening to the Small Faces and thinking about my life long GAS for a hollowbody/semi hollowbody bass. :P I found a violin bass for $150 that looks exactly like the Epiphone Viola bass from Rondo music. I wouldn't be surprised if it was made in the same Chinese factory, but a different name and head stock and $220 cheaper. I watched a video with someone playing one and it sounded pretty decent. It can always be modded or upgraded if necessary. I did that with my Squier Jazz.

I'm watching Thursday Night Football, and ocassionally checking on the National Hurricane Center, to see what Hurricane Matthew is doing.

Because of Mr. Nylon's alert, I'm learning about Hurricane Matthew.

Keep safe all. Looks like a doozy.

I'm guessing the accuweather link may change. Hopefully the hurricane will too - for the better.

I tried on a jacket that is a size smaller than what I typically wear. It was snug, not quite tight, but I could zip it up all of the way. I couldn't do that before. Not too shabby, it looks like my diet has been paying for the past 2 months. 8)

I'm watching "The Rifleman" on AMC, and waiting for the 8:00 AM advisory on Hurricane Matthew, from the National Hurricane Center. That storm has really become a monster.

Two months on my diet and I've lost another 10 pounds for a total of 24 pounds and 2" off my waist and 3" off my gut. 1" off my neck, 1 1/4" off the chest. I did gain a 1/4" on the thigh, but that's from muscle building from walking 2 to 3 miles a day, often over a hill. Maybe that will level off the more weight I lose. As long as the gut goes, that's what matters.

Hey, Paul. Congrats, Skinny. I recently lost a few pounds and then quickly gained them back. Could you lose a few pounds for me. The workout has exhausted me.
