I wish I knew, SBLS. The rum rations we used to get in the Navy were distributed alternatively by Lambs and Captain Morgan, although it was a special Commonwealth concoction of 180 proof. Went grocery shopping, got some Chinese takeout, and went for a walk. The weather has been cool and rather dry. I don't even have a fan on sitting downstairs, just the window cracked. It's a nice break from last week. It's still only the first week of August, so I'm sure we'll probably get a little more hot weather before the end of the month, when it typically starts cooling off for fall.

Late Friday afternoon, the A/C was running again. It took about 45 minutes for the house start cooling dow, but at least it was cooling down.
