Wow, a hijacking? That sounds like an old school terror tactic these days. I'll have to check out the news and see what's going on.

Old school brought back by totally inadequate security screening. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and it turned out to be an educator with mental and domestic problems rather than a terrorist with political or religious aspirations.

I found it odd that the newscasters mirrored the term hijack as opposed to the trendier name skyjack. I guess we'll have to wait until the next carjack to see if they are up to date with their terminology.

Is it me or does it look like the world has gone extra bizerk in the month of March? This week alone we have multiple ongoing bombings, a shooting on Whitehouse grounds, the hijacking/skyjacking I mentioned earlier, and now a Japanese satellite is out of control, and that just scrapes the surface.

The furniture is all moved. Now I have to reorganize my books, pedals, cables, power supplies, power strips, amps and cases so I'm able to find stuff fairly quickly.

Maybe it has to do with that object crashing in Jupiter? :P Seriously though, I don't have a clue. I just mind my own business and watch my back.

For a second there by first quickly glancing at your post, I thought you wrote you had to reorganize your bazookas. My brain does strange crap sometimes. :P

Getting out a set of strings to put on the Fretless, if it shows up tomorrow.

I throw extra accessories like cables, perhaps, pedals, mic clips, headsets, strings, percussion gear, and whatever into easy to grab matching knapsacks. Those are tossed in a corner. But, no matter how I arrange and clean up things, I usually mess it up down the road because I put something In a safe place which somehow causes memory loss to kick in. Then I go into the mess up things mode. Everything in my man cave looks clean and orderly when I start though. :D FSB
i think the problem lies with the fact Mrs. FSB cleans up after me, but not with the man cave gear.

We're all going out to dinner tonight to remember my Dad. He died last May and it's taken this long to sort out his affairs.

Bureaucracy is making sure you remember your loved ones wrapped in red tape...

Thoughts are with you, Steve, because a loss of a loved one is different for each griever and the time to grieve can be different for every one. Sorting out affairs can be overwhelming depending on the task at hand. But one thing for sure, there will always be things and events that will bring your father back to mind. It may be some music, or some event, or a slew of other activities and things. I think that trigger is in the Master plan. So amongst the red tape and affair management I know you'll take time to celebrate your Dad with fond memories.

Cheers
FSB

Visiting family in Vancouver, BC where I discovered that Paul McCartney and Johnny Depp are shooting the new Pirates sequel.

I'm betting they'll find some way, somewhere to jam with friends. Ya never know. 8)
