Trying my best to match stain with SA mahogany and Phillipine mahogany.
Thankfully, it's for cabinets, and not a new axe. :D

Listening to the Fox NFL pre-game show and hoping my Giants will redeem themselves after Week 1's embarrassment while I play with some of my stompboxes.

Ouch ! Bears are 0 and 2, historically bad and Jay Cutler is hurt. Next week Seattle, oh boy.

Going to watch "Fear Of The walking Dead" I missed last week's show, but they're repeating it before the new one tonight.

Just laid down a bass track for a song going on a 5 song EP. I'm sick and going to get a tooth yanked tomorrow, but I pulled it off, anyway. Actually, playing it gave me some energy. The power of music, I guess. :P That MXR 81 is a real power house for recording bass. Highly recommended. I have to say I think my strings are about dead, though. They are flats, but they're really feeling too spongy, not much snap left to them. I've had them on for at least a year or so. They sound good still, but feel like they're worn out, if that makes any sense.

Not sure what to do with myself. I've been feeling half arsed tired since I've been on antibiotics because of my tooth extraction. I guess they do that. I got only three days left, at least.

He'd say "You need more red green, son." (more brown)

After 18 tries and experience with other wood, I know when to accept defeat. I dropped off the wood to a professional today. Dang it. Shot through the heart.

Somehow, you also have to incorporate duct tape, too. :P That's a Red Green necessity.

That's where the job went wrong! Thanks for reminding me, Paul. Maybe my sample will come back from the Pro with duct tape.
