Bought a new 6V6 for the Vibro-Champ and it works better than ever. Pulled out my American Series Strat for the first time in a long, long time and plugged in.

Taking a break now. I am packing my living and dinning room and putting in storage. Next week I get to replace my roof and ceiling because of the tree that hit my house last month. Finally some progress.

Relaxing w a cigarette- wondering why I didn't get the bassdrumsound through my M-audio firewire 410 to my computer. That particular channel was linked w spdif from mixer to sound card . This was to my laptop ,which I usually don't use for recording, and I realized the driver was to old . Had to hook the macbook to internet via bluetooth/iphone and download it . Before I did that, the mac wouldn't find the card at all- but w new driver it did - but the control program for the m.audio looked like it was frozen, and I could only get the sound from the overhead mikes. Sure want to give it a go tomorrow again- if I figure this out.....

Visiting the Forum for a bit this morning, then heading outdoors to take some more pictures of guitars. It's an overcast day, perfect no-glare lighting and minimal reflection.

Oh, yeah, I do love guitars...
