My oldest son caught two Salmon This morning and Just dropped off a nice filet. Now to cook it for diner tonight or put in the freezer. Think its going to be Salmon on the BBQ, roasted Red potatoes, Garlic Toast and Green Salad. :) :) PS I'm going to the store for some fresh corn on the cob to go with. :)
