just arrived home from R&R cases with my new Eminence 15s for my Peavey cabinet. whew! it was a long wait but now I'm relieved and happy for a moment. have to drop them into the cab at the rehearsal spot whenever I can get a ride. :D

an hour ago, got home from a private party at a recording studio on Clybourn in Chicago, cool crowd, many industry people and industry workshop people, brought Blackie, jammed with the sax player and guitar player for the performer, a Lady jazz singer, she gave me her card, I gave her my CD, watched and listened to her perform, sexy and sensually cool sweet voice, here she is
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yZaApfdpto
live she is hot , I said that an audition for bass player in her band is something I would be interested in, my Bro said " you're a rocker, that is jazz, you're going to do that?" I said "if she listens to my CD and hears that I'm in the pocket might get me the audition. Then I'll play whatever she wants me to play." belated Christmas/New Years party so the food was great, like the Roller song 'nothin but booze' was the lounge plus keggers vino and bubbly for the toast. Girls girls girls, booze wine beer, it was a smile, thank you Al and Reggie.
