Just got done mowing my lawn before it starts raining again aswell. Just turned on the tv and am now watching the remake of Planet of the Apes. Is this movie really as bad as it seems? Ah the French Open is on. Much better.

Trying to figure out how to create a drum groove for a Surf tune using Submersible KitCore.

I'm not a big fan of MIDI. I think brain surgery is easier.

Just got back from a "music shop tour". Went to a couple of big guitar stores I'd never been to before. Just dreaming but it was till fun.

In the first shop I tried a std Tele through a Peavey Royal 8, 5 watt valve amp. Very nice.

In the second shop I tried a "Fender Japan" '52 custom Tele with Dimarzio humbucker in the neck through a Kustom 72 Coup. This was only the second tube amp I'd ever played through (the peavey was the first) and I have realised I HAVE TO HAVE ONE!

The whole way home I couldn't stop grinning. Just have to come up with $1900 for the guitar and another $3000 for the amp. :D

Just cam back to work from lunch brake. After the good meal actually went for a walk and visited a local guitar store. Of course I never leave empty hended so I bought some patch cables to replace crappy ones from my pedals and a set of Fender SuperBulets 10-46 (usualy use Daddario XL115 11-49) to give em a try again on my backup Strat.

Eating lunch, a magnificent microwave burrito with an Arizona Ice Tea.
Wish I had some Tobasco.

tweaking my facebook page and famecast page , people are finally downloading the songs and listening too , we need alot of activity though , some of the bands in the competition apparently have legions (the numbers are amazing) of fans already .
