Anarchy knows if you posted something good about Fender on the Gibson forum, it would be deleted within 24 hours. He would be eventually removed because of all of his good press about the "competition". He would then create another username and start all over again. The process would repeat until he hits puberty. Luckily for him, Fender doesn't care about his opinions because they lack any type of grounding.

When Anarchy becomes an adult, and can afford a Les Paul Custom, then he has evidence of an amazing instrument and can have a solid platform for debating the quality of both Custom Shops. Then again, who knows what they will be like in 15 years.

an item is only worth what someone will pay for it. if an american made strat is overpriced, noboby would buy it thus the price would drop. however people do buy them and therefore they arnt overpriced.

lol hope that makes sence...

If by overpirced, you meant that they have too many holes, the answer is either 8 or 11 depending on the pick guard !!!

I fully agree...

All Fantasy Land pricing issues aside,
Comparing the two is like comparing apples to stripper poles anyway...

a fondness for one or the other...
like dogs and cats living together,
mass hysteria, I tell you!

Guys,
Being a teacher and having to watch around 23 students 6 periods a day, I miss very little..I tell the kids that teachers have eyes in the back of their heads. They are always amazed at how quickly I catch them chewing gum, especially after they just put it in their mouths when ALL the flavor is still there.

I have always been a Fender man that is my guitar of choice but I am not going to knock Gibson it is a toss up in my book.I love the tone of a LES PAUL IN GARY MOORES hands just as I love the stinging solos of STEVIE RAY and a strat or Henrdix chording those embelishments on the neck of his single coils.Lets face it they are the 2 greatest guitar companies ever, and as I have borrowed a PAUL but never owned one I will accept all Gibsons that any one wants to give me. And is it true that if you go on the gibson forum and talk highly of your Fender they boot you/Well then they better grow up
